2440 seems to be stamped on the rail. I'll probably replace these sash balances. Need to know which ones to order

I googled my broken door handle and your website popped up with pictures of similar handle. On further inspection the screw holes are much further apart than what you show. Might you carry the same or similar that would fit my door? It is a 1 inch thick, double pane. The house is almost 40 years old ... (cont.)

I am looking for the manufacture of this patio door

The handles are about 9 5/8 in long, they are offset. The locking mechanism is about 9 7/8 inches long. The plate that holds in the locking mechanism is about 11 5/8 inches long. There is no writing or markings on any of the parts.

I do not see that you offer a true replacement for this vent latch, do you possibly have an alternative that may work?

The snap in pieces that hold the glass or screen in a Papaiz door have deteriorated and need replacement. The horizontal pieces are 29 inches and vertical are 73 3/8 inches.

Snapped this bottom sash window guide on a Harvey double hung on a clients window. Need to replace it. Any help would be great, thanks. Brian.

Need help identifying the round plastic piece that connects to the metal frame of window and the bar pops into, the plastic is broken so the bar pops back off when opening or closing now. Got window closed now and if opened again the bar will pop off.

I think this part retains the spiral balance. As you can see it's missing on one side of the window. Do you have a replacement? Thanks for any advice!

Hello,I am looking for this pivot bar but cant find one that looks like it. The one pictured is slotted but I am not sure if that matters. It looks to be a T-Bar and is 2.5" long. I have attached pictures to see if you can idenify it and let me know what will work.Charles
