The handles are about 9 5/8 in long, they are offset. The locking mechanism is about 9 7/8 inches long. The plate that holds in the locking mechanism is about 11 5/8 inches long. There is no writing or markings on any of the parts.

I do not see that you offer a true replacement for this vent latch, do you possibly have an alternative that may work?

The snap in pieces that hold the glass or screen in a Papaiz door have deteriorated and need replacement. The horizontal pieces are 29 inches and vertical are 73 3/8 inches.

Snapped this bottom sash window guide on a Harvey double hung on a clients window. Need to replace it. Any help would be great, thanks. Brian.

Need help identifying the round plastic piece that connects to the metal frame of window and the bar pops into, the plastic is broken so the bar pops back off when opening or closing now. Got window closed now and if opened again the bar will pop off.

I think this part retains the spiral balance. As you can see it's missing on one side of the window. Do you have a replacement? Thanks for any advice!

Hello,I am looking for this pivot bar but cant find one that looks like it. The one pictured is slotted but I am not sure if that matters. It looks to be a T-Bar and is 2.5" long. I have attached pictures to see if you can idenify it and let me know what will work.Charles

The inside balance or pivot lock is broken and I need the replacement. And the how to replace.

Hello, I have a double sliding glass door with the above numbers. The lock has broken and is now locked in place. Is there any way to unlock the door without breaking it? Also, I would like to order a replacement lock if it's in stock. Any advice is highly appreciated!

Mortise lock fell in door. When trying to replace. Lock we bought did not work from Lowe's. So now need new lock all of it..need asap as this is my dads house and selling but need this lock before inspection any help greatly appreciateJeff

Please help me find this pivot bar for an unbranded window

I have been trying to find this as a replacement piece. The 26-420 model looks identical but the measurements still aren't right. Its length is 2 7/8, 5/8 wide, and depth of 3/8. What I need is length of 2 1/2, width of 5/8, and depth of 5/16. Do you carry this specific one or point me in the right ... (cont.)

Crank pulled out of the window crank of our small kitchen windows above the sink. Arms are labeled entry guard truth, and the two arms are roughly 7.5" when full extended.

Looking for these in white. It has an integral pull tab . I also need a regular screen corner without the pull tab. Unfortunately, there's no part number on it.
