Looking for this part there were no manufacturer imprints on the lock window or anything the two hooks that come out go upward instead of inward any help would be amazing and greatly appreciated.

I am in need of replacements for the attached pictures of the window balance. Based on what I found on your website. I think it's a 390 series. 23 inch. I'm not sure if you need to order a separate right and left one or if they're interchangeable.

the shorter one's metal bar is of 27" length, the numbers on it are D3 (?) 301 26-3 while the longer one's metal bar is 33" inch long, and the numbers are BSI PA 3230

The door handle does not lock completely. It doesn't seem to latch all the way. There are three latches that secure it in place. All latches are working. Not sure if I need to replace the handle or just the locking mechanism. I hope this information is sufficient.

Hello! I work for a small window company in Springfield and we are trying to identify these balances and tilt bar. These are coming off of a window whose sash is 37" x 30".

Our box bay window was installed in January of 1990. The window is by Thermal industries. The latches no longer hold the window shut and they need to be replaced (only the inside latches). Please let me know if you have them or need any other information.Thank you.--Judy
