I need to replace the Tilt in Window Balances in some of my vinyl windows and have narrowed it down to the S795 32D model however, I am not sure which cam mechanism to order and I also need a hook on the end to attach the top to the window. I believe this is an International window. The stamped number on the balance is C 2040. The Balance is 21 inches long and the window weighs 20 lbs. The pivot shoe I believe is the 15-015 on your website. I believe I need a S770, 21 inch, option 21D. Please advise. ThanksMike

It either 2 15/16 long has number 5 on side foist hole from curver end is 7/8 and second hole is at 1 1/2 from curved end

I have several of these that the plastic ends have failed. the one I pulled out has a stamp 2690 31 they are from Simonton windows if that helps The metal part is 1/2" x 27"
