Looking for a frenchbdoor latch. Current latch does not unlock door. Brass in color.

trying to find an outside lock for my Andersen sliding door-there is no label to id the door or date of the door manufacture-how can i find what i need? it's an Andersen sliding door, and it currently does not have an outside lock I'd like to install one

I need the plastic pieces that sit atop wooden window frames that I believe are used to keep sash in place. I have a few that broke and basically windows are inop. It actually is screwed into the middle of the interior storm window frame. When top and bottom windows are in the window frame the meeting rail is in the center. Then top window goes into the frame, then when the bottom window is inserted. You will see a grove on the side, of the top OF the bottom w ... (cont.)

My current sash locks are the kind that stay pushed in. My inspector failed me and said that we need to put in spring loaded ones that do not lock in. My opening in the window is 2 inches tall by 1/4 inch wide. Do you know of any products that will meet his requirements?
