Hi, the screen door appears to have the lock installed, but there is nothing on the frame to actually secure the screen door. Which part would match this in order to lock/secure the screen door once closed into the frame. Thank you!

Do you happen to have anything like this to replace just the handle? It broke off of the crank.

I am looking for a pivot lock shoe for windows made by Kinco. It measures 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 x 17/32. You have a product similar but the zinc czm is not flush ro the shoe like in the pictures. Thanks in advance for your help. SC

Thank you for your help. This is the lower sash of a double-hung window. The sash weighs 14.6 lbs. I need to replace the pivot bars, the coil balances, the pivot shoes, and the holder for the coil balance. The screw distance is 4 15/16". I believe that the keyed exterior handle does not come in white. That's fine.If possible, I'd like to get just a replacement lock assy.We are in Florida until Friday 11/22/2024
