Hi this is an image from an apartment sliding glass door. Not sure what previous owners did but I'm trying to determine which type of keeper would go here. Pls see image of lock style and keeper area.

I have a single hung vinyl window made by Jeld-Wen around 2000 that won't stay up. The sash is approx 27 lbs and has 4 coils (2 on each side). Do you know what replacement parts we need to fix this based on these pictures?

These rollers came off of sliding patio doors in a condo in North Myrtle Beach, doors in which lead to a balcony on a second floor that gets riddled with wind, salt water, sand, moisture, improper care, etc. A few of the other rollers crumbled as we removed them, as did the bottom of the sliding p ... Hello Swisco--The 15-195B's I purchased are 1/2" where they need to be 3/8" in order to fit into a channel balance that is concave at the bottom end. Do you sell such a balance shoe. (See photo.) Thank you!

My customer said their window won't stay up. I was able to easily remove the bottom sash, and confirmed both spiral balances are operable, but the sash is not connected to them.
