Hello, I need to replace two window channel balances from the same window. Born are 1/2" x 24". One is marked 23 3 BS CALDWELL. The other is 23 5 CALDWELL LM and is broken at the top.

These are pics from and old vinyl double hung replacement window. Is there any way you can tell me what the balances and and pivot shoe replacements are? The sash weight is 19.4 pounds.

Hi I have lost several of these small parts. They are 1"x1/4" and slip into the rectangle holes on window. There is a flap that allows air/water out but not in.
