I am looking for 2 of these channels along with the part that connects to the window and grabs this channel. Channel number is 26-4 FR5 CMC 34. I don't have a part number for the other part/. Thank you in advance for your help.Rich

I need to purchase a replacement one of these parts. The string has broken and I just want to replace the entire thing

Need correct part number. The length of the balance is 27" without the shoe. It has a marking 27B.

These parts broke and fell out of the sides of my sliding window. My window is still in place but no longer will stay up automatically when I open it. The parts have the numbers 2660 labeled on them. I don't see any more information on them.

Need left and right hand

We have the same crank windows with Truth arm. Our issue is slightly different. The actual window crank entire apparatus comes out of the crank holder and we cant crank the window closed any longer. Any ideas how to fix? Ty

Current balances are mixed 27-3 on one side and 27-4 on the other. Sashes weigh 22lb. The closest I can find is S395-28, but that has 15-001 (1-1/8" deep) bottom fitting which is deeper than my 1.093" ones. What do you recommend? Do you think it's necessary to mix -3 and -4, or can I just buy -4 ... (cont.)

7/8" across the top 5/8" wide on body . 7/16" deep on top 5/16" deep on body top to center of hole 5/8" 1 3/8" long. Also goes with s380 balance
