Not sure what part this is but it's from a simonton series 13 double hung window. I'm looking to replace that whole pivot shoe/coil setup.

I am trying to source these locks. They are aluminum sliding doors.. likely from late 80's to mid 90's. Possobly mid 2005. i don't mind finding another option that fits this whole either. I need one to try and if it works I'll need 24 more plus some spares

Need the gasket at the bottom of the window as well as the gasket between the window frames at the latch. Also included in a photo of the window part number. 2 windows are 36" wide and one window is 52" wide.

Old original window balances, that have never been changed needs replacing now. Not sure what replacement i should buy but the label on the side says 28C OP BSI.
