Hi, I am looking coil balance, left and right for 2 windows

What's the best way to release the internal. Latch in handle won't move it. Hardware is 20 years old.

I am looking for left and right window tilt latches for 4 windows.

My dry rotted plastic window screen corners broke and I need to replace them. I’m unsure of the size I’ll require. Also, the spring retainers are also defective. Can you assist me?

The metal length on these balancers are 26 inches and the weight is 2510. Please see the photos. Thank you.

I need left and right on the casements windows

My non profit just bought a church and we have a lot of windows. I am looking for replacement hardware for our casement windows. The windows are fine but the cranks are all bad. I haven't removed them yet.

Each spring assembly is 9/16" wide and 26" long. There are two so I believe the channel is 1-1/8" total. These are on hurricane windows in Florida. I guess that's why all the plastic parts are failing.

I have (7) commercial aluminum windows with most having disfunctional operators. The windows are from 1988. Seeking to replace all operators and need assistance in ID'ing. I had ordered a 39-028E, 39-533 and 39-114L. Obviously the 39-028E is the wrong style. Regards, Tom
