I'm trying to make sure I get the right balance channels for my windows the channel is 24" long and has the stamp 23 3 ln Caldwell on them

Looking for replacement parts. Not sure on the two coil springs needed per side. Here are some numbers that I came up with. 26-243, 26-244, 26-226, 15-177

Our 2 Truth window crank apparatus no longer crank smoothly and we would like to replace them. They are about 25 years old.

Hello, I am looking to replace the coil balance assemblies for a window. shoe width ; 1.25 shoe depth ; .5 coil spring thickness ; .5 8lb spring rating. The stamp printed on it is 31 4 DO CALDWELL I DON'T KNOW THE MANUFACTURER OF THE WINDOW THEY CAME WITH THE HOUSE. I NEED THREE SETS. THEY DEFINITELY ARE SINGLE HUNG NON-TILT WINDOWS. Window crank just spins until window is pushed open a bit, then it catches and opens. I think one of the teeth may be broken or worn
