I have 11 windows that need these clips replaced. Window seems to be a Malta NW92. ID#243-001-002 Vinyl Tilt Single Hung. I believe the windows were installed in 1996

No markings or identifiers but I think it's PGT?? Looks like a tiny part of the plastic snapped off when adjsuting the height. Does the frame need to be dismantled to install a replacement roller?

Attached is a photo of my new screen frame. I can't seem to find any corners that fit.
