Metal channel length: just over 26.5" Stamp: 26 6 BSI PV Window manufacturer: Milgard around 2005 or 2006 How many I need: 2 The ones I ordered from you guys didn't fit. Order # 2446111

The whole assembly is metal, including the wheels. Diameter of wheel is 1 1/8th inch. Wheel thickness is 1/4 inch. Housing is 5/8th inch width and 1 1/8th height.

The tilt bars are broken on both sides Looking for a metal replacement part. Thank you!

I have screens built with 95-258 screen corners and 91-187 latch corners. I need to build a whole frame, but cannot find the aluminum frame parts on your site.

I can't close the window this part slipped down I know it doesn't belong there and it's broken. Can I just cut it out so I can close the window? And who would I call to repair this? Any help would be greatly appreciated it's cold!

This Pella Casement window does not close properly. Does not hook on to lock. Crank mechanism is broken and missing the arms that connect it to window. Have a channel balance marked 31 3 DX CMC 7 where the string/rope has snapped. Can I just replace the string? If not do you have the proper replacement? Thanks

Catch no longer comes out to connect to the latch. Would buy replacement if you have it in stock.

My wife was cleaning the windows and broke the shoe, I broke the plastic cover taking it out! This is a Mezzo double hung window. This came off the right side as I look at the window from inside the house. The numbers on the coils 7E--7EL. Can you please help me. Thank you!!
