Hello, looking for a replacement crank for my casement window. Hurd is the brand. The crank has the number 032398 in black ink on the bottom. The longest black arm has 41012 stamped in the metal. The smaller black arm is stamped with 31876. The house was built in 2000.

A customer brought in his Storm Door glass insert with a broken Slide Bolt.I have scoured the internet and can't a match. Its approx. 4 3/4" long and 7/8" in height.If you could help I would greatly appreciate it!!Jen

Hil As you can see from the photo the end of the crank broke off and I need a replacement. It's on a n old Weathershield awning window. Do you have something? Thanks!

Hi there, In the photo attached, the dead bolt is stuck in the locked position. We've taken off the handle but can't seem to get this apart to try to fix it. Any tips on getting this dead bolt to retract? Both the thumb turner and key aren't working. thanks for your help.

i need one replacement window crank handle for a Jen Weld window installed about 4 years ago. It s a light gray and had the number 2119 R1 inside. The photos show a completed unit and the unit without the handle. I need just the handle.

Greetings all .... attached are 2 photos .. the metal bracket that the shoe clips into has 2 markings 24C and BS1. I do not know if the shoe a closed or open cam. How do you identify this aspect of the part? Thanks for helping me identify the correct part. Appreciated ... Jake

Not sure of window manufacturer, crank out double pane with TRUTH hardware circa early 1990's Something reasonably close is OK as I have to replace all of it on several windows so if the style is slightly different it won't be an issue
