The old cabin I just bought has a casement window with a stripped/broken mechanism. It's not the handle splines; it's something wrong with the gear mechanism under the cover. Looking for replacement window channel balance for Millard window. One balance says 27 4 RB with BSI written perpendicular. The other balance is the same but says 27 5 RB with BSI written perpendicular.

We need the following: The piece that goes in the hole that the crank handle attaches two. 1 plate that goes on the window. 4 cranks

These are Imperial Windows with security latches at the base of the track. They are plastic and several have rotted or don't stay snap up to allow the window to slide open. No part number on the latch. Do you carry replacement parts for this safety lock?

Hi I'm in need of 8 channel balances. Single hung windows The silver metal part appears to be 24" long with only markings of 2320F. These are from original build here in Port Saint Lucie Florida which was back in 1984. I recently ordered 2 small parts for the sash.

My sliding door handle is broke.. I need new parts for handle hole space is 5 1/2"
