I have a 30" window balance with a 1/2" wide channel that has a broken cable, as seen in the attached pictures. The metal spring, plastic fittings, and other aspects of the window balance are in working order, only the cable is broken. The stamp on the channel is: 29-5 CD5 CMC 45. The sash weighs 2 ... I've been looking for a device to hold this transim open for a while. Hinges along top. Circa 1850. Preferably brass.

I need the balance shoe shown . The first picture is the broken shoe with part of it still attached to the string and the second picture is the complete shoe on the opposite side. Thanks

Looking to replace missing door lock on an older homes sliding door. The attached photos shows the working one that is on the left door handle and the one missing on the right door handle. Is there anything you have that would work for this?

Approximately 25 3/4 inch length channel (see picture). 25-5 stamped on the metal. I assume this windows were the original my condo was built with. No other markings or stamps. Hi, we need to replace these balances. We just moved into the house. It does seem that the end plastic pieces are different where the hook is in other words different on one from the other.
