I am attempting to purchase 2 replacement Anderson Window Balances. Photos of the balances are included and the dimensions are: 6 1/4"X 2 7/8"X 3/4". The Code is difficult to read but, looks like: B20 4 49 57

Seeking to replace a missing hinge lock that is identical to this one. When your turn the handle the little panel flips back up allowing you to open the window.

I broke the two plastic parts that connect the arm to the window. It's an awning style truth window. Can I just get the broken plastic bits or do I need to purchase the whole assembly? Since I broke them trying to detach them from the metal arm I'm wondering if they can be reattached easily. Thanks! ... (cont.)
