I am looking for the window tracks for both sides of my window

Can't get the balances to go down to reinstall bottom sash? Any suggestions

The operator jams at the last 1" position when closing preventing the window from fully closing. If I use force it feels like the gears are slipping. The operator was made in 2001 and the part numbers I see are as follows: - straight arm 41011 - swivel arm 31876

Hi, I need to replace 2 of these keepers. They are marked "940-18". Similar to Swisco 89-001 but not quite the same. I assume these are some brand of doors popular in Chicago around 20 years ago.
