Trying to find replacement parts for my casement windows here in Hawaii

Block and tackle balance broke. I believe your item S795-29 will work as a replacement. Window weighs 16.4 pounds. Balance is 29 inches long. Please advise if that will work.

All original parts have crumbled and I only have pieces. Looking for 16 replacements to replace in 8 windows. Silverline wouldn't cover under warranty, but provided product number Top pivot pins part# 08-C1074. Hoping you can confirm accurate part. Thanks!

I am doing remodel/repair work for a friend. Some one took a window that is supposed to slide up n down and installed it sideways. Opening the window isn't too bad but trying to close it next to impossible. How can I make the window slide easily?
