On a different window the piece of metal (small rod) that holds the handle to the cranking mechanism has dislodged and was lost. Is it possible to just replace the handle or the part that attaches it to the crank or does the entire mechanism need to be replaced?

Single hung Vinyl window with a broken Pivot bar and pivot shoe, as seen in DNCN0556. The window is original window installed in a new house by CP Morgan Home Builders (now defunct). The markings are 28 3 HU CMC the metal portion is 29 inches long.

I need window latch replacement as pictured above. I didn't see the exact same one on your site. Maybe I missed it or is it possible the replacement latches look different. I think this is a left-handed Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator (Product Code: 39-220B) but I'm not sure. What else might it be and what's the best way to pin it down?
