I recently purchased 21-050 for my metal bifold doors. I need to also order replacement tracks that work with this pin assembly. What is the part # that works with this. Thank You

i am not sure what is the right part, everything I look at seems to have some difference. On the part I just dont see any part number, IIRC, it was bought from lowes. They dont seem to have any such part right now. Any help is appreciated.

I have 3 sets of Mirror Bipass doors that I would like to convert to bottom roller bearing. If that is not practical, then would would at least like to replace the bottom guides. Any advice?

My sliding Mirror Closet Door came out of rail and when I looked the roller is missing from one the hardware at the bottom. I have a closet door with a rusted floor track. This door has rollers that hang from the top track; at the bottom, there are rectangular plastic nylon(?) tongues that snap into the grooves of the bottom track, similar to the convex rollers, but not wheels. Hello I am using 21-044 and 21-002 pins the pivot bracket is 21209 the pivot bracket is a little to big to fit in my track. Do you have a track that the pivot bracket and pins will work 6' track Thank you. Greg

I received my order and am having some trouble I hope you can advise me on. The parts fit the doors but the plastic caps don't fit inside the rails. A little while back I purchased some rollers from you...turns out I picked out the wrong rollers. I would like to return them. And I would love help getting the right rollers. Not sure if this model is mine but it looks the same. I have them on sliding shutters and trying to remove. The white tab moves easily but the grey one does not. Is there some trick ? Do both tabs need to be slid over to release ? Don't want to break off. Thanks. Dave

Hello, It is the correct track, I want to replace the concave rollers with BB. In my photos, pay particular attention to the bottom screw holes; they are offset, unlike your Product Code 23-086 which are in-line. No one seems to have the roller hardware with the offset holes.
