Do you have a video on how to remove 23-215 and 23-196 doors hardware from track? I can for the life of me get 23-215 out of the track.

I am trying to hang two 2' wide sliding closet doors which are 1-5/8" thick. I am having a terrible time trying to find hardware anywhere for the closet doors. The roller is 1" diameter. I've attached pictures. Is there any guidance you can give me as to where I could find something like this ... (cont.)

Top slider. Plastic guide. We are looking to do what ever it take to get this to work. We are not wanting to do major changes as we are selling in the next few years. The house will be demolished so it not worth spending a lot of money on this project

Looking for a small white plastic disc that fits on top of the tensioned pin at the top and bottom of a bi-fold mirror closet door manufactured by Independent Mirror Industries Inc., Canada. The disc slides in the upper grove of the metal track. I need 8.

My closet door roller assembly broke. I lost the wheel roller off the bracket. I need a new roller assembly. The wheel roller says "Kilian" and "Syracuse N.Y. U.S.A." I recently purchased 21-050 for my metal bifold doors. I need to also order replacement tracks that work with this pin assembly. What is the part # that works with this. Thank You

i am not sure what is the right part, everything I look at seems to have some difference. On the part I just dont see any part number, IIRC, it was bought from lowes. They dont seem to have any such part right now. Any help is appreciated.

I have 3 sets of Mirror Bipass doors that I would like to convert to bottom roller bearing. If that is not practical, then would would at least like to replace the bottom guides. Any advice?

I have a closet door with a rusted floor track. This door has rollers that hang from the top track; at the bottom, there are rectangular plastic nylon(?) tongues that snap into the grooves of the bottom track, similar to the convex rollers, but not wheels. Hello I am using 21-044 and 21-002 pins the pivot bracket is 21209 the pivot bracket is a little to big to fit in my track. Do you have a track that the pivot bracket and pins will work 6' track Thank you. Greg

I received my order and am having some trouble I hope you can advise me on. The parts fit the doors but the plastic caps don't fit inside the rails.
