I need to replace my roller track with this product. However, the track in my closet is 60 inches. I plan to purchase the 71 inch track and cut it down. Do you have any recommendations on how to perform this so the edge is cleanly cut without deforming the track? Thanks,.

After I installed the newly purchased pin cap #21-108 & all nylinders, I feel that the nylon guides are very tight. It takes a bit of effort to operate the door. Your replacement part seems identical to what I replaced. What's wrong?

Trying to find this part

I need to identify, and then order a pin for a Fenestra bi-fold closet door. While in place, it measure 4.25 inches in length. I, unfortunately, do not have a picture of the pin uninstalled. If it helps, the door itself is 93.5 inches long. Thank you, Kevin

I am looking for a track similar to the one shown in the picture. It is 72 inches long. This one was bent from being stepped on. Are there any stronger alternatives? If not, do you know which replacement part would be the best replacement? Model 23-242? Thanks, Greg

Hi! Just to confirm, from reading other posts I am gathering that Stanley door 4011 hardware is replaced by swisco part 23-041? Our little plastic wheel is looking quite flat on one side, so that should fix it! Thanks so much!!

EuI need pins for plastic bifold doors for my condo in Florida. The doors probably go back to the 1970's. The pins would be similar in style to the Barton Kramer # 118. However, this part does not work. Can you help? Thanks Bob

Here is a picture of the bottom pin. It is the wrong one as it is too small for the groove. It should be 13/32" wide to fit the groove. Can you help?

The corner of rail is cracked. The rail width is one inch, however where the rail is crack it is 1'1/4-3/8". The rail is 35 1/2inches by 1 inch wide and half inch depth.
