The community here must have 1000's of these folding doors but our maintenence crew contends they can't find the parts. Please help me identify what these parts are called in photos. The bolts are 5 3/8" long; track is 3/8" (inside diameter); benchmark is the manufacturer; they are said to be floating--not so at this time; hardware about 50 years old. i have four sets of Float Away bi-fold metal louvered doors with an April 1983 stamp on one of them. We're looking for Bifold Door Top roller guides smaller than what we're finding at DIY stores, we need a smaller roller, apprx. 1/8" tall and a little less than the 7/8 OD Would you have anything or can you refer us somewhere ? Pls. advise, Robin S.

I understand that the bottom roller unit (17-4264Y-000) is no longer available in USA. Can your 23-225 bottom roller assembly adapt? If not, do you have any other suggestions? Thanks Ellen

I see from the other threads that this does a good job of replacing the ACME 4012 and 4011 rollers. My question is.. does the wheel wobble on the rivet? I need to replace my sliding closet door tracks. The track are at least 20 years old. The doors have mirrors on them and are 4 feet wide by 8 feet tall. I have a broken wheel on a mirror closet door. The door roller is very similar to your 23-064 but he bottom piece to fasten in is horizontal instead of vertical. It has ACE on the wheel. The measurement on the top piece that fastens is 3 3/8" and on the bottom is also 3 3/8"

We have a broken sliding door bracket which I have attached, I cannot locate a name on the door. It looks like more like the metal bracket for your part 23-041 but the inner working from your part 23-199. What would you suggest would be the correct bracket to buy for this. Thank you, Tina ... The 23-199 looks and measures like the rollers I need. I see no picture of the other side that I can also compare. Are there two tabs that point upward that insert into the bottom frame of the door? 5/16" height, 1/4" width and centered 11/16" apart.

We moved into a house that has the metal Benchmark bi-fold closet doors and they are a mess. They do not close at all properly and have made some observations.
