looking to replace for sliding drawer

looking for this part to fix bathroom drawer in phoenix az house built mid 90s.

The anchor on one side of a drawer pull broke and needs to be replaced. Thomasville Irving Park Door chest

I am trying to replace these tracks but I am having the hardest time finding a replacement. The dresser is 26 years old. Thank you!

I have tried Knape and Vogt because the slide are made by them. But the bracket are not. Tenn-Tex doesnt' make them either. THey suggested I try you. The plastic cracks as you can see in the photos.
