This is the back bracket that holds the drawer rail at the back of the cabinet. The bottom part of the plastic bracket is broke off allowing the back of the rail to drop. Hi Max,Our closest replacements would be the 32-336 or 32-341 Grass locking devices. Unfortunately, I don't believe either of our locking kits will work with this type of hardware. I believe I ordered the wrong hinges. I ordered 32-101 whereas I need 32-127. The only issue I have is the inset measurements on my existing hinges is appears to be 1/4" whereas yours says 3/8".
