Woodmark was continental cabinets, cannot locate replacement plastic holders, mine have broken no longer hold slides in place

Here is a picture of what the sockets look like. I could not find any make or model information on the hardware.

Thanks for posting. We don't have an exact replacement for this hinge, but see our 32-147. Compare with your old hinges and let us know if you think this could work for you.

I purchased a Broyhill bedroom set several years ago & one of the drawer handles broke. I'm looking to replace this one instead of having to replace all of them.

This is from a dresser made by Vermont Tubs in approximately 2003. The mounted piece is 10.5" long and the slide part is 16" long (not extended). Hi! I have old cabinets that I just painted. This is a picture of the hinge. Someone mentioned it might be called an A1? Not sure if that is right. Do you have this hinge in satin chrome? Or what finish do you have this hinge? Kelly

These Merilatt cabinets were installed in 1994 and the plastic clip parts have not held up, as you can see.
