The plastic locking device broke. Serial number is 77002. The kitchen cabinets were put in around 2009 . I would like to order this part if possible

This drawer slide is 23 5/8" in length from tip to tip. It also has a right angle at the end.

The drawer rails are marked Vogt Industries. The 7/8" nylon roller cracked, and set free all of its ball bearings. Of course these cabinets were new some time in the 70's, which means the style of hardware is probably out of production. Just thought I would give you all a crack at it. And I don't se ... (cont.)

I've been trying to find these plastic pieces for my kitchen cabinet drawers for years and I've never found anything close in any of the local hardware stores. Has numbers B?308?0 on back side and It's tough to make out, but what is either P416-0/P116-0 on back side of handle. It is brass and I don't know any other information about it. Thanks for any help.
