Do you have part for a vinyl casement window: I need a white plastic piece that holds the metal part up against inside of the window. It is like a clip with 2 screws.

I am looking to order (4) balances with a 15-029 shoe. The length of the balance is 28-1/2" and they are marked with a 27-1/2 3.

The glide, or slider, that fits on the end of the crank and connects to the bottom of the window is missing. Because of this we can't open or close the window with the crank. We have 2 story widows which we recently replaced. We have a hook pole that we used previously to open the upper casements. The new ones have folding handles. What can we get to adapt these to open with crank? Is there a place to attach a picture? Thank you, Lisa
