The housing is the white plastic (not shown) with the cheesy plastic adjustment screw that has its own hole in the metal frame. These are 27" long as measured on the metal section. There is a printed code that is "26-5" and I think "CMX" but that part is hard to see. Do you have a replacement part for this? Thanks Randy Campbell

I will need two window channel balances for a non tilt window. I want to make sure I have submit the correct order. The length is 27" from the end of the metal and is 1/2" in width. On the old unit it is printed 26-4-KU-CMC-7

I need to replace a pivot pin that broke in two for a MasterCraft double hung tilt window. From what I can tell it is a 2.5" pivot pin/bar part #24111. But I can't find that exact model anywhere.
