I need help identifying these bottom rollers on a sliding screen door. I was unable to get any type of make or model off of the slider because the labels on it were completely faded out. Can you please let me know what you think and also any advice on how to remove/install them. Thanks ... (cont.)

The teeth on the arm and the gears on the crank mechanism slip so that I cannot close the window without manually pulling it in to lock mechanism. Arm length is 14 inches long. Housing length where screws are inserted is 4 3/4 inches. Width of unit is 3 3/4 inches.

I ordered the wrong size replacement springs. The ones I received are too small. I was so excited to find them on your site that I didn't consider the size. Duh! There are 2 springs on each screen.
