Hello I am looking for a casment operator replacement for a window. It looks similar part #39-187 the Sash dyad Crank 5. The screw holes are at 5" separation but the arm on my unit is only 4.5" as noted in the picture. Will part# 39-187 still work? Any advice is appreciated.

Aluminum windows 10 years old approx 1.25" wide channel. i need replacement do I need a new top hold down depending on the spring with a hole or as pictured

Door will not sit in track properly. Theres a little plastic cam for adjustig roller depth but does not provide enough range of motion to stay in the track. May be damaged or worn.
