it get almost close and will not go the last inch if we push it from the out side it will shut but it feels like something its jammed I removed the clips and locking hook and did not improve it so does it need a replacement crank ? here are the pic of the crank and clips

Hello, I'm looking to replace these tilt latches.

I am looking for parts to repair old vinyl window sliders. Here in Florida they are usually referred to and used in "Florida" rooms or all season porches. The corner keys are 1/2" thick. They measure 1 1/8 wide by 2 1/2" length. I do not know the brand of windows.

The black piece that attaches to the side of the window with one screw has cracked . . . . . it will not keep the channel balance down against the spring force. It is for the 28" Series 395 Channel Balances I have previously ordered from SWISCO in the past. Thank you in advance.
