My 2 windows balances are broken I have a 32 in balance with a spring and 2 clips on each end which are broken. The balance has letter and numbers 32d BSI rl. I will attach photos and call in morning for parts. Thanks Ken

Hi trying to find this handle for a Arcadia sliding door. The slot in the doors is approximately 5/8" deep from the surface of the handle and looks like its about a 1/4" wide inside the door.
