Any idea on this pivot shoe. Some of these are stuck in the track and will not move even when the balancing cord is removed from the shoe. thanks

Original track and doors made by Monarch and the closet is extra large - 93" wide! I have your concave rollers - 23-070 installed at this time on the doors. I don't see any of your tracks that look exactly like the one that is currently installed but would your 23-270 style track be an appropriate ... (cont.)

Please help,,,I have had zero luck with this?? This one looks to me like it only attaches from the front side and there's only a little tiny thing outside that doesn't attach to this one ? If you look close you can see a little emblem I don't know if it's a double M or a double W maybe you can see ... (cont.)

Hi- I'm looking for these parts that allow the window (Mastic windows I believe) to stay open when lifted. The grey pieces are quite corroded and brittle (the one pictured has fallen apart), and the tan sliding parts are usually worn as well.

When opening this casement window I heard a snap noise and found that the bottom hinge portion of the sash is no longer sliding within what I am guessing is the track (see red boxes on image 1). Looking at the operator I was able to guess that its a Truth 31850 model (image 2) if that matters in thi ... (cont.)

Need help identifying parts

Looking for compatible wheel assembly/carriage for referenced shower stall. Stall about 20 years old. Just had my first failure.

I have certainteed vinyl single hung windows. Both coils have a 6 on them. Sash weighs 15lbs. I see what appears to be a exact match for the shoe and springs. Just want to be sure.

I have mirrored sliding closet doors with the attached top rollers...do you have these or a replacement?

Need to see if you have these parts available.

The metal circle part is broken on several of our windows. We were able the shoe and spring but need replacements for the shoe. Your website seemed to have one.
