The glide at the end of window extender arm has rusted to the point where it won't stay on the rod attached to the window. It is 1.5" long x 3/4" wide and the mounting rivet is centered on the RH side. Is there a replacement part that will fit this configuration?

Hello, the handle in the photo is from an old Andersen window and it is stripped and will not seat into the crank operator. Do you have a replacement? At this point I am looking for any handle that can work and not concerned with obtaining an exact match.
