The tilt window balance measures 28 inches, 5/8 diameter and looks to be orange. In needed of the correct part number to order.

This window balance is marked 29 3 LP Caldwell. The channel is a 1/2in. The channel length measures 30in. There are no other markings that I can see. I believe the replacement product is your S395. I need the tilt balance. Mine plastic housing is for 3 spring but only used 2. I need the 3 inch T and the window releases right and left. Several sets of each. My house built in 2007.
