Hi there, I bought sash guides a few months ago. https://www.swisco.com/discussions/dp933556342559540498-77-214867. Some of my clips are broken on my windows, so I am unable to make the repair. Can you tell me what part this is? Thanks!

This corner key has the number 330 and below the number there is a letter "X". I'm guessing the number is the size of the corner key.

Hi, Based upon the shoe depth, I assume this is a 380 series window balance. However I could not find a 3490 code for this listed in your selections ? Unsure what to order.

The tilt boot on the left side is broken. It appears the shoe and the spring balance are one unit I do not yet have jam spreaders to remove the unit so I see no markings.

Hi, one of my window pivots broke and I need a replacement. They go around the corner and have 3 holes. Single hung tilt window, I think manufacturer might be "Window Pro".

Do you have this 5/8 sash guard? The number on the channel balance is 2930. No markings on sash guard.

My sliding glass doors are really heavy. This is what the handles look like.

Hi,The trim at the bottom of the window is missing (pic 1). There is a number for the window - 40986 (pic 4). Pic 3 and 4 show its length and width. Do you have this kind of trim in the stock? I'd like to buy some. Thank you!Anna
