Top black rollers seem to be hard plastic that has broken off pieces. I believe serial #is us Pat 3750337 . Also sent pic of bottom rollers not broken but think good idea to replace them. Identifying number on it looks like 4212 Thanks for your help! Linda

Moved into a new house and it has 2 (I assume one left and one right) cranks on either side of a bay window. Only one cranks out; neither will crank back in. Assume I should replace both entirely. I need a replacement part For the bottom Outside window bar that is straigh and on the left side of window, with bracket on the outside window sill.. Also looking for a right side window crank. Windows were installed 1995 by Garner windows.

The coil spring in the window on both sides has broke, the window will not stay up; the weight of the window is 17 pounds, unfortunately we do not know the name or make of window. It is a single hung, window is installed around 1996, no visible markings or make on the window.
