Doug with Milepost Carpentry. I've been asked to fix or replace these closet door hinges. School built in 1963. No manufacture stamp on any.

Hi, I am looking for a replacement lock for my Alside patio door. It was installed in 1995.

I'm missing the black piece that's circled in red. The piece slides along the track that's attached to the bottom of the sash. The post that's at the end of the crank mechanism seats into this black piece. This is a Simonton casement window.

Please examine these photos and see if you have a match. Items were taken from a basset solid oak bedroom suit. I think items are Lancaster polish but not 100% sure.
