Bought new spiral balances for several windows. All work well except one window. The raising and lowering of the window is sticking and as a result the new balances are getting multiple dents causing window to jamb. Any advice?

Hi, I have this sliding glass door with hook latches that both hook inwards toward the middle point between them. I need a keeper that will fit. See photo for lock style and spacing. This is a brown plastic drawer guide with a screw hole next to the roller. The item has a #168 stamped on it. It is on a Walter of Wabash dresser.

Handle and operator arm broke off casement window. We have no record of the manufacturer of this window, only that we installed it. Without a PO, we can't go back through our vendor to get the parts. The one sticker on the window is illegible/faded.

The part number from one of the single hung, tilt Jeld Wen window which was originally purchased by the builder at Lowes in 2013. Casement window has a vertical tie bar part of locking function. At this height it has 3 keepers to have the tie bar continue to function. All are plastic, and wear out over time, particularly bottom one which is most stressed.
