Just bought this 20yr old house and jsut about all window valances are gone or not working. 11 windows in total, need assistance on identifying what is the replacement parts and ordering them

What are these guides called? There are four on the single hung sash. One picture with it missing, pic with it installed.

The pins are from windows installed around 1995. I can't find any identifying numbers or names on the window. The bottom portion of the pin has a slope to it.

My upper windows slam down when unlocked. Not sure what I need to repair them. See attached pics. Plastic says certainteed and metal "tension" ring says 334. I need to repair 4 windows, can you forward part numbers needed?

Hi we have a 27" balance, the stamped numbers/letters are 26 5 LT CMC 2 and it's a 1/2 wide. We are needing 8 total ( our home is 18yrs old, and some are really difficult to open/close for my wife. Hope the photos help. Thanks Dan

replacement roller needed each roller is fasten with two screws one ear is broken off body of chasy is 4 5/8 wide and 1 3/16 hight the screws holes = center to center 5 3/4 wide pleas no adjuster on this i an find.

I don't know if I have to have this on the frame that I have or is it important to have please advise me I think not that important unless I need to remove the wheel in one piece or I have to somehow get that spring part of the wheel otherwise one I have in my hand...if you have a replacement for it ... There is a clip that glides across a J channel that is broken. It attaches to the bottom of the window and glides on the J channel. Window from the inside hinges from the left and the two locking handles are on the right.
