The distance between the mounting screws is 8 3/4 inches on center. The distance between the handle hole and lock hole is 3 1/2 on center. Need new handle and lock that fit.

I went to Home Depot as well as Lowe's and I couldn't find the item.. is this model still on your catalog???

Hi - I need to obtain 2 Loewen replacement springs/spring assemblies. It appears just the springs are broken. The markings on the area say DB AO4 34 HD. Loewen says call the dealer, the dealer says call Loewen. Hoping you can help.

Hi I need the plastic receiver that goes on the top of the sash that lets the balance connect I also need a few balances as in the photos.

Trying to replace some broken tie bar guides along with the 46.9" tie bar and 38-091 locking mechanism. Can't find one on your site that matches. Screw holes are 1" apart.

Looks close to 82-265 except lock is in same direction but all measurements are same as shown. The lockset 82-086 looks like it is same that I may also need.

Need to identify which part and how to replace currently there is no window balance I have a picture however your system won't accept

Spiral window balance on aluminum windows installed in 1968. The windows no longer stay up. No identifiable markings on the spiral balances or windows. The length of each spiral balance is 21". Not including the metal spiral that sticks out a bit on the end..

Please see attached. Smallest balancer I have ever seen. Thank you,
