I have many of these Alenco windows that are malfunctioning. Main problem is broken plastic caps at top of balances # 1.For some I need to replace complete balance mechanism on both sides. I believe the balances I need are 18" Caldwell series. Metal measures 18" long. The stamped numbers/ letters are 17-4 DI5 CMC 34 on the units. I have 3 vinyl windows 4 feet wide and none of them work properly, I'm guessing the balances are not strong enough because they won't stay open. I'm wonderin ... (cont.)

Xco3 found on handle.Need replacing part that goes into handle. When you go to close windows with handle it unscrew and doesn't work.

2014 90"x72" Fiberglass Milgard sliding window. One of the sliders is missing a roller. From the pictures attached, I need a 2 1/2" long roller. Do you have this part available for purchase?
