Swisco-Truth Part number 39-317 appears to be the correct Operator that I need for replacement, but the drill holes do not appear to be in the same configuration. Do I have the right part? If no, what is the right part?

The white piece is from a sliding window on my storm door - it is at the top of the window and acts as a catch.

I need a set of coil springs for my single hung window. I don't know what brand of window it is but it does say 9lb on the coil spring holder. I will also need the clips that go with the spring fixture.
