Everbilt Face Frame Socket with 1" high track. Part # stamped on socket is KV 1284-3. Found replacement sockets in Ace, Lowes, and Home Depot stocks (D688 See-W-CP), but track is only 7/8" high...too small! HELP!

"Window balancer" broke. It appears to have 3 parts to it. The white bottom, middle and clear top which is spring loaded to the bottom white parts.

Is the correct part Swisco 26-444 ?

Hi - I was wondering if you could help identify which pivot bar I would need as a replacement. It appears to be 3" long with holes for the screws at 1 5/16 inches and 2 5/16 inches. This measures 1-7/16 wide, 7/16 deep and 1-1/2 tall. I have several that have cracked (like this one) on the bottom.

Was closing the window and the handle snapped inside and it won't close the whole way. Handle just spins in place.

I'm pretty sure the picture has a left and right arm although I'm not sure which is which. They both have the name truth and a number of 33177A. On the other sides it has the #31133C and the other has a #31133 B. Can you help me out? Thank you!
