Hello, im trying to buy this part but have no idea what weight it holds or what model it is. Measuring it from end to end without measuring the rubber parts, measures at 23 inches long and half an inch wide.

I have an aluminum frame tilting window that wont stay up. I recently replaced the spiral balances with two 3/8" W 16" L blue tip balances but it didnt solve the issue. this window latch no longer rotates because the moving part is stripped. I need a replacement latch. I traced the latch onto paper, and wrote down the measurements of the actual latch (2.76" long x 1.09" wide, both at the widest parts I could measure).
