The window stop is broken on one window so the window won't stay up. It appears that metal tension strip is missing (other pic pointing at it in another window for comparison). I do not know the manufacturer of the window. I am hoping to replace that piece so the window stays up and not have to repl ... (cont.)

The length of the track on the wind is 13 3/4" the width of the bronze /gray opener is 5 5/8" Reason for this request is the wheel at the end of the opener keeps sliding off the track on the window at the mid point. The operator is loose / not sure if longer screws will stop this or if a new operato ... (cont.)
