I need a bottom roller it is concave in structure. I sent pictures along with ape measure dimensions. I can deal with the entire assembly or just the insert . Please help

So I have casement windows and the seals are bad on them all. I just needs a replacement seal but can't find it anywhere in stores. Next step is new windows. I have no idea the type of window but the seal just slides into a single crack.

Can you identify this part? I purchase a channel balancer from you be fore for the same house. Looks like same kind of window from the outside but larger. That order worked well.
